# Flowy Audit

How to run a web accessibility audit using Flowy

**Step 1: Login**

Log in to your Flowy account or create a new one to access Flowy. Once in, click on 'Manual audits'.&#x20;

**Step 2: Choose Your Role**

* **Are You the Customer?**\
  Invite your accessibility expert to run the audit for you. They can implement the fix instantly, or if connected to Flowy Builder, you can implement the fix from suggestions in the audit.
* **Are You the Expert?**\
  Conduct audits, share the results, and communicate with the customer for quick resolutions.

**Step 3: Run the Audit**

Initiate a comprehensive scan of the website to identify accessibility issues.

**Step 4: Review Results**

Examine the audit findings, categorized by severity and type.

**Step 5: Team Collaboration**

Invite team members to review, comment, and prioritize issues for resolution.

**Step 6: One-Click Fixes**

Customers can connect to resolve identified issues with a single click, eliminating the need for cumbersome spreadsheets.

**Step 7: Detailed Reports**

Generate reports that offer insights into the audit, including compliance levels and areas for improvement.

**Step 8: Share and Communicate**

Share the audit results and reports with stakeholders. Use the built-in chat for real-time communication.

**Step 9: Implement Fixes**

Either fix issues yourself or let the customer resolve them with a single click through Flowy Builder.

**Step 10: Ongoing Monitoring**

Set up alerts for new issues and track improvements over time.
